We get lots of questions! Below are a few of our most frequently asked questions. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to drop us an email or give us a call.   We strive to make your party as great as possible so we welcome your questions in advance. We will do our very best to get back to you as soon as we are able! Please remember that weekends are very busy for us and it may take longer to return inquiries done around this time.

What kinds of events do you do? Birthday Parties, Community Events, School Functions, Corporate Events, Daycare Fun, Hospital Visits, Meet & Greets, Picnics, Tea Parties, Grand Openings,  Fundraisers, Family Reunions, and Even Weddings! Who doesn't want a  Princess or Superhero to come to an event. Your imagination is the limit!

How do we book a party?
1. Fill out a request form (here)
2.We will respond with availability and a deposit amount due. Typically the amount of the deposit is the amount of your party less $50 due on the day of the event in the form of cash.
3. When we receive payment your booking contract will be put together and sent out.
4.When we receive your completed booking contract, you will receive booking confirmation!
How much does it cost? (Links to princess packages/superheroes package/meet & greets/mascots). Based on your needs, we provide custom quotes. The prices listed are base pricing.

Do you cover my area? We are based in the Twin Cities and generally cover the area within 100 miles but anything is possible.  Travel fees are free within 20 miles of 55401.  Travel fees are required outside of a 20-mile radius of 55401. Please estimate at $0.60 a mile round trip.

Do I need to supply anything? We supply everything to entertain the party. You just need to have a table available for supplies,  a venue, food and party bags.

Do you do parties for boys? Of course any of our characters can be for a boy or girl. We can customize a party for you by filling out our booking form.

Can you recommend a party venue? Most of our parties are done inside the comfort of your own home. For larger parties, we suggest a hotel party room, event center, community center, or a children’s indoor park (please check with them first on any prohibitions) *Travel fee may apply.

Can I cancel my party booking? You may cancel up to two weeks prior to your event, with a full refund of any deposit made. We will work with you to find a date that works for your schedule if you have an emergency and need to change your party date. We will apply your payment to another date as a one-time courtesy. If you choose not to reschedule, you will lose your deposit.

Do I need to tip the performers? We understand that this can be a sensitive subject and that everyone has a different financial situation.  20% Gratuity is customary to the performer at end of performance.  But tips are never expected. If you choose to tip your performer, please do so discretely and know that they greatly appreciate it and may not realize you tipped them until after they have left your party.

What is the maximum number of children? We highly recommend not having more than 15 children at a party with a single performer. We cannot stress this enough. Please emphasize  to your guests that they MUST RSVP to not put you or our performers in a less than desirable position.

If you have 15 or more children  with one performer, they will be not be able to give enough personal attention to your child and all the guests so she will need the  the aid of a party attendant  and / or an additional character to be booked PRIOR to your party.

If you do not notify us that you have over 15  children in advance and the performer finds there are more than 15 children on the day of the party, then you will be charged a $40 fee that would be paid to the performer on the day of the event. Unfortunately they will find it extremely hard to entertain over 15 children and your event will be severely affected. Your performer will struggle to keep control of the party, will struggle to be heard, and struggle to give the proper personal  attention to your child and guests so  you won’t have the high standards that we normally produce.  Children over 18 months and under 9 years old will be categorized as part of the party.

What happens is our performer is too ill to attend the party? We reserve the right to substitute your performer with a different comparable performer and/or character in the event that the original  is too sick to host your party. If we need to offer you a substitute, we would contact you by telephone and give you the opportunity to advise us whether you would like a substitute  or to reschedule the party.

Weather related issues? We are devoted to the safety of party guests and performers. If the roads are unsafe, we will make arrangements to schedule a new date and time. If we cannot accommodate you with a new date and time, your payment will be refunded. Please understand your weather may look okay, but where the performer is, it may not. Our performers are located in various locations around the Twin Cities Area, some over an hour away.
